Real estate · Infrastructure · Collaboration

One backbone for Tigon's field teams, finance cadence, and public story.

TrinitX ran a coordinated program, not a carousel of hacks, bringing storage, mail, perimeter posture, bespoke cloud UX, and a fresh marketing surface into the same disciplined narrative.

Tigon Reality

Work described here reflects production systems and policies TrinitX staged with Tigon's stakeholders. Priorities surfaced as bluntly as we can on the open web without exposing internals.

Scene setter

When every desk invents its own workaround, bravery looks like bravery, but the org is quietly insolvent on attention.

Tigon's files and workflows fractured across PCs, sluggish mail robbed hours, distracting traffic rode the same wires as outbound calls, the public site stalled their story, and raw AWS dashboards failed anyone who was not steeped in consoles. Nothing was melodramatic. Infrastructure was just wearing people down before deals could move.

Terrain audit

Symptoms we surfaced before touching build.

Naming the fractures explicitly meant nobody could confuse "new laptop" for "different operating model."

Data sprawl

Business information lived across machines and ad-hoc tools, so consistency, retrieval, and oversight all paid a tax.

Mail that slowed deals

Legacy email was unreliable enough that decisions and handoffs waited on infrastructure, not judgement.

Attention on the wire

Non-work streaming and leisure traffic competed with focused hours, while the network needed humane guardrails.

A site stuck in the past

The public footprint undersold Tigon's trajectory and resisted quick, safe updates.

Cloud without a foyer

AWS was doing real work, but the raw console was the wrong primary interface for most of the operating team.

Build narrative

Sequential interventions — shipped in chapters, not mystery boxes.

  1. 01

    Central store + finance rhythm

Organizational data consolidated on AWS (including S3) with disciplined access paths. Automated Tally backups so ledger-adjacent work is never a heroic USB ritual.

  2. 02

    Dashboard, not labyrinth

Next.js surface tailored to recurring staff tasks, with activity visibility and role-aware paths without pretending everyone is an operator.

  3. 03

    Perimeter with intent

Firewall and policy controls that curb OTT-style distraction in business windows while preserving legitimate destinations.

  4. 04

    Google Workspace spine

Mail, calendars, and shared reality on a backbone that inherits backup posture instead of scavenging PCs.

  5. 05

    Marketing site under their keys

A ground-up redesign for speed and clarity plus a hardened custom CMS so content updates ship without brittle deploy folklore.

Stack postcard

Ingredients we anchored on.

Tigon field and leadership teams aligned on shared systems

Field + leadership alignment

The goal was never dashboards for their own sake — only surfaces teams would open without dread.

Inside the staff dashboard boundary

  • Identity & role-aware access
  • Operational visibility, not vanity analytics
  • Flows aligned to staff habits, not every AWS SKU
  • Sign-in coherence across cloud + Workspace

Outcomes engineered into scope

  • ✓Single governed vantage for files, backups, and access posture.
  • ✓Collaboration primitives that track how Tigon's week actually unfolds.
  • ✓Less recreational drag on daytime bandwidth where it hurts focus.
  • ✓A storefront that mirrors the firm's stature and bends with marketing.
  • ✓Cloud touch-points designed for occupants, specialists optional.

Words from Tigon

“Our data was scattered, email slowed decisions down, and the old site did not match where the business was going. TrinitX brought storage, mail, our dashboard, and the new website into one plan. Field teams and office staff finally work from the same setup. That is what we needed.”
